Summer Fun

Well things have been super busy. Ben has swim team practice every morning, Abbey has dance class on Monday's, and Ben has rookie ball twice a week. And those are just their organized activities! But we also have made time to celebrate a few things...like my birthday! Instead of a cake, Paul made chocolate ice cream (we bought an ice cream maker) because it's my favorite! Here is the ice cream...

And we put some candles in it!

Ben also went to vacation bible school at his school with all his friends!

On the last day we got to go watch them sing songs - they did an awesome job!

He is quite proud of himself!

As soon as my birthday is over, we start to focus on Abbey's birthday!  Aunt Domi took her to Build A Bear for her birthday and she picked out an adorable pink mermaid bear that she named Rosie.  They also brought over brownies for her and my birthday!  So we lit candles and sang...

Then Abbey graciously let Ben and Caroline help her blow out the candles.

Thanks Aunt Domi and Caroline for the brownies...they were sooo yummy!
